In a busy work environment, you often need to receive and manage multiple tasks. When you need to prioritise certain items or check the progress of specific requests, being able to quickly locate related workflow data is crucial for improving work efficiency.
The Workflow Center in Jodoo provides a range of workflow management features, such as grouping, filtering, and searching. These help you swiftly locate and process pending tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
Instructions
Entry Points
The Workflow Center has two main entry points:
Workspace Entry: Manage all workflow data across Jodoo that is relevant to you.
App Entry: Manage workflow data within a specific app.
Workspace Entry
1. In Workspace, locate the Workflow Center component (which may appear in one of two styles).
2. Click on any workflow management feature to enter the respective page.
App Entry
1. Go to Workspace and access a specific app.
2. Within the app, you will see workflow features in the top left menu.
Note:
If no workflow features are displayed within an app, it means the app does not contain any workflow forms and does not require workflow features.
Workflow Features
After entering the Workflow Center, you will see four types of workflow features, allowing you to handle or view different types of workflow data:
My Tasks: Workflows currently requiring your action.
Initiated: Workflows you have submitted as the initiator.
Processed: Workflows you have previously handled as a workflow owner.
CC Me: Workflow notifications and results you have received.
Note:
The “Initiate Workflow” feature is only available in the Workspace entry, where you can view all forms for which you have initiation permissions and quickly initiate new workflows.
Grouping in Workflows
While viewing workflow data, you can use tabs to categorise data for efficient management.
My Tasks
Enter My Tasks. You will see the following tabs:
All: Displays all pending tasks.
Timed Out: Displays tasks that have exceeded their processing time limits.
Expedite: Displays workflows where reminders have been sent by the initiator.
Delegation: Displays tasks entrusted by others for processing.
Return: Displays tasks returned from other workflow steps.
Stash: Displays tasks partially processed but not yet completed.
Click the tab to view its task list and proceed with processing.

Filtering Workflows
Beyond grouping, you can further filter workflows:
Enter a workflow page.
Click a specific tab.
Click the Filter button in the top right corner and set your filter conditions.
Click “Filter” to apply.
Notes:
1. To filter by Current Node, you must first select the workflow form.
2. When filtering by field value, if the number of tasks exceeds 1,000 before field filtering, the field filter will fail. It is recommended to narrow down your results using other conditions (category, search, initiated user, initiated time) first to keep the dataset under 1,000 records.
3. When filtering workflows from Workspace > Workflow Center, you must select an app first before setting specific conditions.
Searching Workflows
In addition to the features above, you can search workflows using keywords:
Enter the workflow page.
Click a specific tab.
Enter keywords in the search bar at the top right to search.
Notes:
1. Searchable fields include: workflow form name, initiator, current node, current node owner, workflow created time, and brief field values.
2. Supported Date&Time field search formats: yyyyMMdd, yyyyMM, MMdd, yyyy, MM, dd, HH:mm. For example, if the data is in yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm format, you can search using any compatible format (e.g. yyyyMMdd HH:mm, yyyyMM, yyyyM) to retrieve results.
