Instructions for Using Jodoo on PC

Introduction

This article will explain how members can use Jodoo on PC to sign in accounts, fill in forms, process workflows, view dashboards and so on.

Sign in to Account

Go to Jodoo, click Sign in in the upper right corner, fill in your email and password, and click Sign in below to sign in to Jodoo.

After logging in to Jodoo on PC, the interface settings are as follows:

Filling in Forms

Go to an app in Jodoo, select the form you want to fill in, fill in the form content, and click Submit:

Processing Workflows

Initiating Workflows

To initiate a workflow, fill in the workflow form, and the form information will be transferred to the corresponding approvers after submission. Members can initiate workflows in two ways:

1. In Workflow Center

Click Initiate Workflow in Workflow Center in Workspace, select the workflow form to be filled in, and the workflow will be initiated after submission:

2. In apps

Go to an app in Jodoo, select the workflow form to be filled out, fill in the form content, and the workflow will be initiated when the data are submitted:

Workflows initiated by yourself can be viewed in Initiated in the app or Workflow Center:

Processing Tasks

Approvers at different workflow nodes need to process workflows when these workflows flow, such as reviewing content and adding information.

1. Process all tasks

If you need to process all tasks in your account, you can view and process them in My Tasks in Workflow Center:

If you need to process tasks in an app, you can find these workflows in My Tasks after entering the app:

Data Permission

Admins can assign different actions to members, and members can process data according to their own permissions.

1. Go to the app, and in the upper left corner of forms, you can switch between different permission sets:

2. Different permission sets can perform different actions on data. For example, when switching to Manage All Data and clicking a single record, you can print, copy, edit, and delete it:

Viewing Dashboards

The dashboard can be used for statistical analysis and display of form data. After entering the app, you can view the results of the data analysis in the dashboard:
