Business Process

Supporting Creating Workflows for Existing Records With Empty Status

In Manage Data, admins can create workflows for existing records whose Workflow Status field is empty, to improve the efficiency of business collaboration. For details, see Batch Initiating Workflows.

  • When you switch a regular form to a workflow form, the original data in the form will not trigger the workflow, and the workflow status will be empty;
  • If you do not select Initiate Workflow upon Import when importing data through Excel or API, the imported data will not trigger the workflow, so its workflow status is empty.

In those cases, you can batch initiate workflows for records with empty status as follows:

Note:

1. After the workflow is successfully initiated, the workflow initiator is the Created User of the record, and the workflow Initiated Time is the Created Time when the admin creates workflows for existing records.

2. After the workflow is successfully initiated, the Update Record type of Automations and Webhook will be triggered.

Data Analysis

Adding Two Available Options for Refresh Intervals to Auto Refresh in Dashboard

The Auto Refresh feature in dashboards has been enhanced with two more available options of refresh intervals: 1 Min(s) and 3 Min(s). The increase in data refresh frequency makes it easier for members to access the latest data.

Note:

After this update, Auto Refresh will be an advanced feature. For details, please contact our Sales Team.

Supporting Adding Note in Data Factory

You can add note to Data Stream and data stream nodes in Data Factory. In this way, you can better understand how complex data streams are created by reading added notes, thus reducing the maintenance cost during business system build.

Take the note of the Join node and the overall Data Stream as an example:

  • Note of the node

  • Note of the data stream

Optimizing Quick Filter Tool

To improve the flexibility and beauty of the dashboard layout, Quick Filter tool is adjusted as follows:

  • Regardless of whether you set the Pattern of Quick Filter to Single Select or Card, the spacing between the options and the title is the same;
  • The minimum height of Quick Filter is adjusted from six to four grids.

Common Features

Supporting Adding Form Fields to Notification Content

After this update, you can personalize the notification by adding fields in the form to the Content of Notification. For example, you can add the Employee Name field to the Content of Notification in the employee birthday form, and Product Warehouse field in the product management form, to make notifications more simple and efficient to display the key information.

For example, you can set the Content of Notification as Please note that Number of Inbound Product products are delivered to Warehouse.

After that, if a record is submitted, you will receive an email of notification.

Note:

When you select At Specific Time in Timing, you cannot add a field in the form to customize the notification content.

Open Platform

Adding Plugin IP to Plugin

Note:

The Plugin IP is not displayed in Custom Plugins and plugin market.
