Jodoo supports integration with Make to streamline task automation.
Exciting update! Jodoo now supports integration with Make to streamline task automation. By integrating with Make, you can connect your Jodoo platform with a wide range of apps and services, allowing you to automate repetitive tasks by setting up triggers and actions, sync data between Jodoo and other platforms, and create custom workflows.
Grid and Gantt Chart View Now Supports Field Grouping.
With this update, the Grid and Gantt Chart view introduces a new "Grouping" feature, allowing you to group data based on selected fields. This feature provides a clear visual representation of project hierarchy and structure, greatly enhancing task management and progress tracking.
Additionally, Jodoo has introduced a new "Group by this field" option in the header actions for Grid View and Gantt View. This feature allows users to group data directly by a selected field while viewing it. Just click thebutton on the right side of the table header column and choose “Group by this field” in the list to add grouping fields, greatly simplifying the grouping setup process.
A New Task Delegation Feature is Available in the Workflow Center.
The Workflow Center now includes the Initiate Delegation feature, enabling users to automatically delegate all tasks to another team member during a specified delegation period. It helps prevent delays in workflow progress caused by the delegator's absence and ensures tasks are completed on time and with high quality.
Let's Erica wants to delegate her tasks to Estella. Once Erica initiates the delegation, Estella will promptly receive a notification about the delegation. During the delegation period, Estella can navigate to Workflow Center > My Tasks and click the Delegation tab to View and process all of Erica's delegated tasks, including pending approvals.
Generate Print File Node is Available in the Automations Pro.
In Automations Pro, a Generate Print File Node has been added, which allows for printing a single piece of data stored in preceding nodes within Automations Pro. The generated print file can be used as an attachment by subsequent nodes. The Generate Print File Node is commonly used with Add Record Nodes, Update Record Nodes, and Plug-in Nodes. This feature is useful for business scenarios that require file feedback, such as contract signing, contract review, quality inspection confirmation, and project quotation. It enables users to view and download files promptly, enhancing the user experience.
Exit Organization Feature is Added to My Profile.
Jodoo now allows members to exit the organization they have joined voluntarily. By clicking on the avatar, users will see the Exit Organization option next to the organization name when hovering the mouse over the blank space. This feature is useful for scenarios such as when a member leaves the company or accidentally joins a non-compliant organization and needs to exit. It helps members reduce interference from previous company messages after leaving, ensure access to valid organizational resources, and safeguard the security of member accounts.

Jodoo Supports Adding Data to the Same Form through Custom Buttons.
The custom button action "Create a record in another form" has been updated to "Create a record," which allows you to add data directly to the same form. This enhancement is particularly useful for scenarios that require building hierarchical data relationships, such as creating subtasks in task management or adding sub-requirements for contract reviews. This update simplifies data management and significantly improves form editing efficiency, making workflows more dynamic and streamlined.
Custom Buttons Now Allow Adjustable Column Widths in Views.
With this update, custom buttons displayed in views can now have their column widths adjusted. You can easily resize the action columns by dragging based on your specific business needs, enhancing data readability and operational flexibility.
Multi-Tabs Now Support Custom Colors and Increased Tab Limits.
The Field Properties section for multi-tabs now includes a new "Custom Color" setting. Once the custom color option is enabled, you can:
- Select from 32 preset system colors to maintain a unified design.
- Define custom colors using a color picker or input specific parameters to match your design requirements.
This feature ensures color consistency during form design while supporting personalized form-building needs, allowing users to create visually cohesive and customized layouts.
Apart from this, the maximum number of tabs in a multi-tab field has been increased to 50. This enhancement
supports complex business scenarios with flexible data entry requirements and minimizes the need to frequently switch between forms.
Print Templates Now Support Adding Form Fields to Header & Footer.
When configuring Print Templates, you can now add form fields directly to the header or footer with a single click. Additionally, you can choose to disable this feature on the first page by selecting the "Homepage Not Effective" option. It is Ideal for scenarios where numbering, anti-counterfeiting marks, or other details need to be included in headers or footers, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in customizing print layouts.
Jodoo Now Supports Adjustable Column Widths for Header Layouts.
When configuring headers with two or three columns, you can now adjust the column widths to better fit your layout needs. It helps prevent overcrowded data or excessive white space in the header and enables businesses to create customized layouts that align with their preferences.
Custom Plugins Support Updating.
Custom Plugins now support the Updating operation. Users can now update existing code with a single click by importing the plugin package. Additionally, on the Code Comparison page, users can visually inspect function/code changes based on identification markers for additions, deletions, renames, and modifications. This reduces the complexity of manual code verification, minimizes errors during developer plugin updates, and enhances the efficiency of self-built plugin development.
Comprehensive Upgrade and Optimization of the Message Center.
The Jodoo Message Center has undergone a comprehensive optimization. This update aims to address cluttered message categorization and missing notification channels. This enhancement enables users to receive real-time message alerts and enhances the efficiency of organization message management.
1)The Optimized Method of Opening the Message Center
The method of opening the Message Center has been changed from popping up at the bottom of the page to popping out from the right side.
2)Adjusted Message Type and Notification Settings
- Modified some category names: changed System Logs to App Logs and Collaboration Invitations to Business Collaboration
- The feature of Notifications has been merged into the Settings located at the bottom left corner of the Message Center.
- The Settings adds Business Collaboration, including Add/Delete Admin Group, Add/Delete Admin, and Add/Delete Member/Dept.
- In Settings>App Logs, Failed ETL Sync is added.
- The original Set Recipients button has been renamed to Notification Recipient Management and moved to the top right corner of the Settings.
