What's New

A New "Reject" Button was Added to Node Operations.

A "Reject" button has been added to node operations, making it easier than ever to reject non-compliant or disagreed applications during the approval process. With just one click, the process status is automatically updated to "Reject," helping to streamline workflows and deliver clearer results.

Note:

Only one of "Reject" or "End" can be enabled at a time.

The New Data Summary Feature is available in Table View.

We’ve enhanced the Table View with a "Data Summary" rule, giving you more flexibility in summarizing data. Now, you can easily select summary methods at the bottom of your data columns. These improvements are designed to better support scenarios like inventory tracking, production reporting, and receipt reconciliation. Here’s what’s new:

  • Sum: Quickly count your data entries.
  • Always filled: See your summary data always visible at the bottom of the table.
  • Expanded Field Support: Summarize more types of fields, not just Number fields.
  • Grouping Subtotals: Get summary statistics based on your custom groupings.

These updates make it easier to manage and analyze your business data!

SendGrid Now Supports Sending Emails Using Template ID.

The SendGrid plugin now includes a new Template ID parameter, allowing users to easily call and send emails using pre-designed templates. This update simplifies email management, providing a faster and more professional way to engage with your audience. When using the Sendgrid plugin in the front-end event, you can choose to Send Email Using Template and then copy the Template ID from Sendgrid. For more details about Template ID, see SMTP Filters.

Jodoo Introduces Custom Word and Excel Print Templates.

With this update, Jodoo now allows users to create and customize Word and Excel print templates, providing greater flexibility to tailor printouts to meet their specific requirements. This new feature makes it easier than ever to create personalized, professional-looking documents. Simply insert field codes from your forms into a Word template, and when you print, Jodoo automatically fills in the document with the relevant data—all while keeping the original formatting intact. It's the perfect solution for quickly generating high-quality printed materials tailored to your needs.

What's Enhanced

Attachment Field Supports Sorting.

The attachment field now allows you to drag and drop files to reorder their display, making it easier to organize and manage files according to your needs. This feature helps ensure a clearer and more organized file display, simplifying access and management. It can be applied in various business scenarios, such as product documentation management and project file organization.

Member Field Supports Recommended Selections.

The member field now provides real-time recommendations when editing or entering data. The system will track the members selected within the last 30 days (both internal and external) and, based on selection history, will suggest the most recent 10 members within the available range. This feature enhances the user experience by making member selection faster and more efficient.

Note:

1) The maximum number of recommended members is 10.

2) On first use, the recommendations may be empty due to a lack of historical data.

3) The recommendations are generated based on member selections made in the current browser. If the browser cache is cleared or no members have been selected in that browser, the initial recommendation list will be empty. This is normal.

The Process for Adding Comments has been Enhanced.

The previous "Text" field has been updated to "Comments" with the following new features:

  • Customizable Title: You can now modify the title name, offering greater flexibility in usage.
  • Required Field for Node Operations: The "Comments" field can be set as a mandatory input during node operations like submit, return, reject, add approver, transfer, and end process, improving the user experience during approvals and enhancing the standardized management of workflows.

If the comments are not required, you can fill in the comments after performing actions such as return, reject, add approver, or transfer.

Divider Field Supports Setting Field Width.

The divider field now allows you to set a custom width under "Field Properties >> Width", providing more flexibility for layout adjustments during form design.

Gallery View Supports Direct Preview of Cover Images.

Gallery view now allows you to instantly preview cover images with a single click. When multiple cover images are available, you can easily switch between them for a smoother and more intuitive viewing experience. This feature enhances image viewing efficiency and convenience.
