🚀What's New
Internal Organization now supports more member information fields.
We've expanded the member information fields in Contacts to better support diverse enterprise needs.
1. New standard fields are added.
Nine new preset fields are now available: Alias, Gender, Employee ID, Job Title, Education Level, Work Location, Employment Type, Date of Birth, and Hire Date.
These fields can be used when:
Inviting members (manual addition or bulk import)
Editing member profiles (admin updates or self-service edits)
2. List view is customizable now.
Admins can now customize which member fields appear in the contacts list view using the new "Display fields" button.
Member Information Management centralizes field configuration and permissions.
A new Member Information Management feature consolidates field settings, self-service permissions, and member card display into one place.
Control field visibility and editability in the member's personal settings page:
Encourage members to complete their profiles for better searchability
Manage self-service permissions—decide what members can view and edit
Protect sensitive information by restricting access to certain fields
Note:
The previous "Allow members to modify name" setting has been merged into this feature. The default editability for names inherits from the original setting.
Choose which fields appear on member cards to:
Distinguish between members with identical names (using aliases, employee IDs, departments, etc.)
Standardize information shown externally
Enable quick identity verification in data entry, viewing, and audit logs
Personal Settings page is now organized into tabs.
The My Profile page is split into two tabs for easier navigation:
Basic Info: Profile details, login history, company info
Account Security: Login verification, single sign-on, account binding and deletion
💡What's Enhanced
Custom Detail Pages now support chart linking.
The Chart component now supports Chart Linkage, allowing you to create interactions between charts based on the same data source or across different data sources. Clicking data in one chart automatically filters related charts, enabling multi-dimensional analysis. For example, clicking a team member's data instantly updates all linked charts to show their workload, tasks, and performance metrics.
Mobile chart viewing now supports landscape mode.
When viewing charts on mobile devices, the page now defaults to landscape orientation for better readability. Users can freely switch between portrait and landscape modes based on their preference.
API Key creation is now more streamlined.
After creating an API key in Open Platform > API Keys, you can immediately configure its interface and application authorization scopes. This reduces setup steps and improves the user experience.
