Manage Data FAQ

Q: Why did some data fail to be imported?

1. At present, the following fields cannot be imported: Image, Attachment, Select Data, Query Data, Signature, Serial No., and Divider.

2. There are restrictions upon importing data. If the imported data does not contain member fields, the import limit is 50,000 rows * 200 columns. Otherwise, the import limit is 10,000 rows. The number of rows in subforms counts toward the total.

Q: Why does a date change into number after being imported?

Actually, the value of a date is a number, so be sure to select Date&Time when selecting the field type!

Q: Why does the prompt "Fetch Exceeds Limit" appear when the Excel file is exported?

The current export limit is 16 M, 100,000 rows, and 1,000,000 cells. If this prompt appears, you have to reduce the number of exported fields; Or filter first and then export the filtered data.

Q: Why is a field that has been added in Design not displayed in Manage Data?

If new fields are added after the workflow form is set, you have to tick them in Display Fields in Manage Data to display them.

Q: Why are the newly submitted data not displayed in Manage Data?

Check whether data filtering conditions are set. The newly submitted data may be filtered out. You can update filtering conditions or delete certain filtering conditions to view the data.
