Business Process

Add/Update Record Nodes Support Multiple References

At the Add Record and Update Record nodes, you can now reference data from more than one preceding node. This simplifies automation designing.

For example, in a procurement reconciliation scenario, at one Update Record node can all inbound data be queried and payments be calculated; they will be written back to the Supplier Statement form.

Workflow Version Management Optimized

We have optimized Workflow Versions Management to make your operations smoother, with some position adjustments:

1. Where is the Prompt?

The original The workflow has been enabled…Add New Version prompt is canceled and integrated into the tooltip under Version.

2. Where is Add New Version?

If you need to redesign the workflow, just hover your cursor over Version, and click Add New Version in the popup.

Form Management

Record View Optimized on Mobile

We have optimized the presentation of form records on mobile devices. This is to enhance the neatness, ensure data integrity, and improve readability. Now, you can read form records much easier and more efficiently.

  • SubForm Style > Mobile > Horizontal: Two buttons, (Adjust Row Height) and (Enter/Exit Full Screen) are added;
  • Select Data fields/Pivot Table: (Adjust Row Height) button is added.

In this example, an Inbound Receipt form record is displayed, with the horizontal Inbound Details subform.

Excel Template Renamed

In Print Template > New Print Template, the Excel Template option is renamed as Spreadsheet Template. The new name tells you more straightforward that the templates are online-editable, and that you can use the design tool to edit them.

Display Fields in Gantt View Increased

The Display Fields count limit in Gantt View is increased from 5 to 20 fields. This is to meet diverse needs in more scenarios.

For example, in task management, using a Gantt View to display subtask name, task status, related primary tasks, task owners, start date, and due date.

Data Analysis

Field Value Type & Format in Detail/Pivot Table Exportable

When a Detail Table or Pivot Table is exported from a dashboard, the set value types of its Date&Time fields, and the set formats of the Number fields, can be kept in the exported file. For example, when the Inbound Details table is exported as a file, the Inbound Date and Inbound Numbers fields, the Inbound Details.Quantity and Inbound Details.Unit Price ($) subfields, are in of Custom format in Excel.

Note: After export, fields’ default number format in Excel is Custom.
