Current Version: 7.8.0
Form Management
Increasing the Maximum Number of Form Fields
In Ver.7.8.0, a maximum of 500 form fields can be added. This update enables businesses to create and manage forms more flexibly. It also allows them to maintain and improve forms that have too many fields.
Data Analysis
Optimizing the Confirmation Process for Dashboard Deletion
After this update, before deleting a dashboard, you need to manually enter the name of the dashboard and confirm the deletion, thus enhancing data security and reducing the risk of unintentional deletion.
Optimizing the Auto-Refresh Popup for Dashboard
Before the update, after a data stream was refreshed, a pop-up window would appear, and you had to manually click Refresh Chart and close the pop-up.
Now, if you enable Auto Refresh for a dashboard, the charts within the dashboard will automatically refresh after the data stream is updated either automatically or at a scheduled interval. As a result, the pop-up will not appear when you display dashboards in full-screen mode. This update ensures an uninterrupted experience, allowing you to monitor and visualize data in real-time without any manual intervention or distractions.
Note:
1. After the data stream is updated, the system will automatically refresh charts/components without changing the interval you set in the dashboard.
2. The pop-up window will appear when you:
a. Manually refresh charts/components in full screen/non-full-screen mode,
b. Open dashboards in full-screen mode with the Auto Fresh feature disabled,
c. ...
Optimizing the Size Limit for Chart/Component

Organization Management
Supporting App Admin Group
In Ver.7.8.0, a new permission level called App Admin Group is introduced to meet companies' requirements for multi-level permission. With this update, you can set more concise permissions for members to manage forms/dashboard within apps. In this way, you can optimize the permission management, thus enhancing business operation and reducing unnecessary costs.
Permission Operation/Range | Obtain Full Permissions for an App | Obtain Permissions for Some Forms/Dashboards |
Edit forms/dashboards | Yes (allowed to edit all forms, dashboards, and all folders within an app) | Yes (only allowed to edit permitted forms/dashboards) |
Create/delete/copy/move forms/dashboards | Yes (including folders) | No |
Set App Management | Yes | No |
Modify app information | Yes | No |
Add/delete apps | No | No |
For example, a manager needs to check the sales performance of the sales department and edit the Sales Details form. In the scenario, you can assign the permission upon editing the form to the manager.
Note:
1. This is a paid feature. For details, see Understand Your Account Usage and Limits.
2. The number of app admins will count toward the total number of admins. For details, see Admins.
