Feature(s)

After designing the form, you can optimize form settings in Extension. These features allow you to organize form data better and enjoy more intelligent and more automated form operations.

Application Scenario(s)

  • Record Title helps reduce irrelevant information and facilitates quick data identification in product management.
  • Comment enables members to comment on data and notify related members with @mentions.
  • Notifications can be sent to members when form data is added or updated.
  • Result Page supports setting custom feedback for members after completing the questionnaire.
  • Automations can add, modify, or delete data in target forms when certain conditions are met.
  • Print Templates allows customized printing settings for users (This is a paid feature. For details, see Understand Your Account Usage and Limits.).
  • Webhook allows for pushing form data to specified servers.

Setting Procedure

Where to Set

Select a form, click Edit, and go to Extension.

Extension

In Extension, you can make settings on Advanced, Notifications, Result Page, Print Templates, Automations, Custom Buttons, and Webhook. Detailed information and setting procedures for each extension can be found in the corresponding documentation.

Note(s)

1. The enterprise owner and super admins have full access to apps and can make settings in all apps.

2. Other admins can only make settings in apps where they are granted permissions.
