Introduction
Functions
Through dashboards, you can view, analyze, and process data collected by forms.
A dashboard consists of charts and components. You can select various types of charts and components to build dashboards as needed.
Application Scenarios
Charts provided in a dashboard include the following types:
- Detail table and pivot table, displaying details and summaries of form data.
- Column chart, line chart, bar chart, radar chart, etc., revealing insights like data trends and comparing data by category.
- Pie chart, showing percentages of different segments.
- Gantt chart, for keeping track of project progress.
- Spreadsheet and calendar, for configuring data editing permissions.

Creating a Dashboard
Normally, dashboards are used to perform analysis on existing forms, data factories, aggregate tables and other sources. You can create a dashboard as shown below:
You can also create a dashboard directly in a group.
If there’s no content in the app, you can create a dashboard by clicking New Dashboard after creating the app.
Editing a Dashboard
To edit a dashboard, two methods are supported.
- Select the dashboard to be edited, click the settings button on the right, and select Edit from the drop-down list.
- Select the dashboard to be edited and click Edit on the upper right corner.
Deleting or Restoring a Dashboard
You can pay for restoring dashboards that are accidentally deleted. The restoring rules are as follows:
- Only dashboards deleted in the last 30 days can be restored.
- Dashboards deleted before May 11th, 2022 cannot be restored.
- When dashboards are restored, all configurations in the dashboard will also be restored.
- Restored dashboards are placed at the bottom of the app.
